| Crossgrove Family 2018 |

One of my favorite things is hot chocolate and our weather has been perfect for it!  What a better way to warm up at our Saturday morning session than with yummy hot chocolate and whipped cream!?  I met up with the Crossgrove Family just down from their home and we had a gorgeous morning and the light was perfect for their session!  The sun was peaking up behind the horizon and bringing to life everything around it.  I’ve known Jodi since before high school and was so excited to capture her and her beautiful daughter!  We had lots of laughs, a little whipped cream fight, and so many amazing smiles, it was a session for the record books!  This session will fill you with such happiness and give you all those warm fuzzy feelings!  I love nothing more than capturing a family all while catching up and reminiscing with a wonderful friend!  Thank you Crossgrove Family for such an amazing fall session!

| Raegan Sell 2 Years |

Raegan is 2!  When did that happen?!  Seems like it was just yesterday we did a family session for her and her family and she wasn’t very old!  She has such a sweet personality and was full of lots of adorable and funny faces for us last Saturday morning!  Fall has brought much cooler temperatures in the mornings and night, but it didn’t seem to bother Raegan at all, she was ready to explore and take on the world!  Whether we had cows around or not, she was sure to find one!  Her cute farm dress was perfect with her boots and jean jacket, she was ready to find what hid around every corner of the barns!  Happy Birthday Raegan, thank you for such a wonderful session, you kept me on my toes!

| Beaverson Back To School 2018 |

It’s been a few years since the Beaverson’s have been in front of the camera, but you would never have known, it was just like it had been yesterday!  A few weeks ago you saw their brother Hunter’s senior session, but last Sunday morning it was their turn!  We headed to a local barn with gorgeous grass and a beautiful fall light all around us!  As the fields are emptying and the colors changing, we bundle up just a bit more and smiled and laughed to keep us warm!  It’s been a beautiful fall and so many more wonderful sessions still to come, but what a wonderful session with great kids, thank you all for a great start to a fall morning!

| Alt Family 2018 |

Combines are in the fields all around us, gravity wagons bounce down the roads behind tractors and trucks, and fall color has finally arrived!  I was lucky enough to spend part of my weekend with the beautiful Alt Family at our local living history museum, Sauder Village!  Their two gorgeous girls were full of stories, giggles, and lots of kisses for Mom and Dad!  They helped us to pick out some great spots in the Village and seeing their smiles made us all warm and fuzzy on a cool and crisp day!  We explored the Village and checked out their newest edition of the 1920s and took advantage of the cool green colors of the weeping willow before heading off to find the fall foliage.  Thank you Alt Family for a wonderful Saturday afternoon and Happy Fall to all!

| AHS & RHS Alumni Band 2018 |

Homecoming season is here and with that comes special halftime shows and activities for all of our local schools and bands.  I once again had the honor of capturing my alama mater’s alumni band this year!  The AHS/RHS Alumni Band was strong with many members returning to help celebrate homecoming and to pick up their instruments one more time!  Having been a member of the Marching Bluestreaks in high school, I know that the traditions run deep, the pride is strong, and there’s nothing like the sound of the drum cadences while marching!  It was amazing to see so many alumni standing next to current marching band students and to hear all of them together made you proud.  What a wonderful job by all alumni, students, and those whom helped to bring the evening together, looking forward to next year!  Thank you AHS/RHS members for an amazing evening, you sounded great!

Cool air brings pumpkins and crisp colorful leaves!  Last weekend’s session with the Robertson Family was on a beautiful fall day with a hint of color occurring in the leaves!  You may recognize many of these faces from sessions this year and previous years, they are some of my favorite yearly sessions, but it isn’t very often we get to photograph them as a group!  It also just so happens that the Robertson Family is also some of my family, and what’s more fun than getting to capture your own family!  We never have a dull moment, from the fun pups to the crazy and scary eyes of Brok!  What a gorgeous day for a great family, thanks guys and can’t wait for the next time!

It is officially fall here in Ohio!  You can see a hint of color starting in some of the trees, the air is a bit cooler, and then sometimes back up to the hot and humid, and the fall decorations are appearing on front porches around the area!  Last weekend I met up with the Truscelli Family at a local lake for their family session!  It was a beautiful day with gorgeous trees, water, and lots of laughs!  I love when families jump in with posing ideas and share their thoughts, it makes the session just that much more special for them!  Thank you Truscelli Family for a wonderful Sunday afternoon!

| Archbold FFA |

It’s always fun when you get to work with your alma mater!  This year I was approached by the FFA to produce a new and updated sign for their stand at the football games!  Current students, parents, and alumni work alongside one another to grill for fans at all home football games.  This year we went with the blue and gold school color to help the sign pop against the new white roof put on their stand and added the FFA and FFA Alumni logos to the left and right.  Homecoming is this Friday and if you are looking for a great meal to support a great program, stop out to the FFA Stand for burgers, brats, and a refreshing drink!  Thank you FFA and FFA Alumni for all you do for school and program and Go Streaks!

| Hunter Beaverson 2019 AHS Senior |

Every senior session is unique and special, Hunter’s was no exception!  We roamed our high school’s downtown and found some great locations, then headed out to two of his favorite places, and even had a helper who was amazing!  Thanks Mya!  Hunter’s smile was so sweet and you could tell he is enjoying his senior year, it goes fast and he is making the most of it!  He has a very bright future ahead after high school and I know that he is going to do so well!  Congrats Hunter and best of luck after graduation!

| Grooms Family 2018 |

Everything about this family makes me smile!  The Grooms Family is another one of my yearly sessions and each year I can’t wait to see how they have grown and changed, it won’t be long before the oldest is taller than me!  This year, we headed out to the beautiful Sauder Village Campground and Little Lake Erie; after a few days of heavy rains, we had a gorgeous and cool fall day.  We even found a couple trees whose leaves were just starting to show a hint of color, giving us the perfect feel to the start off fall!  I love every minute of my conversations with each of these kids, I always leave having learned something new!  Mason wanted to do a recreate of an image we capture back in 2014 and challenged me to do a side by side of them for their sneaks, challenge excepted!  Thank you Grooms Family for another wonderful session, have a great Fall!
