Warm weather means families are venturing out of hibernation from our cold winter and enjoying the many fun things around the area communities!  One of our local movie theaters puts on a free family film festival every summer and what better way to go out for an evening with the family to see a favorite movie or find a new favorite!  From The Greatest Showman on Earth and Sherlock Gnomes to Hotel Transylvania 3 and Lego Move 2: The Second Part, you can’t go wrong!  It is always fun to team up with Skye Cinema and create a new look for them each year and find different ways to incorporate their sponsors and different movies!  Grab the family and head out to Skye Cinema this coming June and July to catch some amazing movies!

| Zach & Kenzie Engagement |

Spring is here!  However while there are still many places with little color, there are others with lush green grass and budding trees!  I am so excited to capture the wedding of Zach & Kenzie this coming August and last weekend we met in Grand Rapids, Ohio for their engagement session!  Providence Park was still hibernating, but after finding several wonderful spots, we headed to the always beautiful Nazareth Hall where their wedding reception will be held!  Even though it was only a few miles away from our starting point, there were gorgeous green grasses and the grotto was perfect!  After some great captures of the two of them, we tuned the engagement session into a mini family session and added in their beautiful little girl!  With a smile from ear to ear, you couldn’t be anything but happy around her!  Zach & Kenzie are such a sweet couple and I can’t wait to spent their special day with them!  Congratulations you two!

Hints of spring color are popping up, the grass is greening, and the trees are finally budding!  Though finding that beautiful spring green color is still tough around here, we had a great Saturday evening for Eric’s senior session!  We started at his home with their gorgeous barns and his adorable pup and then headed out in his VW Cabriolet for some fun!  He took us to a gorgeous secluded spot with amazing grasses, paths, and trees, add in that gorgeous golden light, and we had a perfect evening!  Eric is a such a sweet young man with a great smile that makes everyone around him smile too!  Congratulations Eric and best of luck after graduation!

SteamProps, LLC has kicked off convention season and with things in full swing, he will now be sporting brand new banners at his booth!  Banners are a great way to get your business noticed when heading out and about, with easy set up and take down, they make storage simple.  Mike, the man behind SteamProps, LLC, had a great banner size in mind when we started, we added in some details around his new logo, they look stunning and are sure to make his booth stand out above the rest!  If you’re a fan of the steampunk genre, make sure to check this amazing artist out, his creations are one of a kind, and if you’re looking for a fun event, head out to a local steampunk convention!

Musical theatre productions are as unique and wonderful as the students that put them on!  This year’s JOY Musical is Annie and they put together a great layout for their shirts!  I received their artwork a few weeks ago, it came through perfect, and the print looks amazing!  Custom garments are great way to celebrate special school events and the JOY students came through with a great look!  Best of luck to the JOY Musical Theatre cast of Annie!

This year’s St. Patty’s Day was spent with sweet Miss Sophia!  Just one year ago we took this little peanut’s newborn pictures and here she is, a sweet cheeked 1 Year old with smiles and funny faces for days!  Let’s talk about those amazing catch lights in her beautiful blue eyes, she was loving watching her Mom and Grandma singing behind me, lots of Winnie the Pooh and Tigger songs were happening!  We had some spring flowers around her and she found it hilarious to move them every time her Mom and I placed them around her and it gave us the best facial expressions!  Enjoy the many faces of Miss Sophia!

| Moline 9 Months |

What better way to start a Saturday morning than with this sweet, smiley, brown eyed, little 9 month old!  Miss Moline just turned 9 months and was in studio last weekend for her milestone session!  She was all smiles with her family on all sides, loved her snacks, rocked out on the rocker, and did wonderfully as we kicked off the weekend!  You will notice a familiar John Deere pedal tractor that we have used since her newborn session and as before, she loves driving it!!!  I see many evenings with her Daddy in the tractor in her future!  Happy 9 Months Miss Mo, the next time we see you you will be 1!

| The ABC’s Of Movement 2019 DVD |

What an honor and pleasure it has been to be a part of The ABC’s Of Movement!  Several years ago I met with Laurie and she had a wonderful idea to create a small business, and since then we have created not only two logos, but cards, CD covers, and the newest update to the DVD!  If you’ve never heard of these amazing cards, check out Laurie’s website here!  This is a great activity for young kids that helps them to learn gross motor skills and literacy at the same time.  Thank you Laurie for such a wonderful opportunity!
