These kids!  I have loved watching them grow these last few years and look forward to their session every year!  They have hearts of gold and are full of so much energy!  We headed out to a local park for some fall colors and wooded areas!  While Mason was lumber jacking, Addi, Olivia, and I hunted out the perfects spots!  Such a wonderful afternoon full of giggles, smiles, and creativity!  Thank you Grooms Family for a fun filled time!

I love this  family!  You can’t spend time with them and not walk away smiling!  We had a gorgeous fall night for their session at their beautiful home!  Having just done Kenzie’s senior pictures the weekend before, we thought it only fitting to do a special shot for each Katie, Abbie, & Maddie!  With the crops still in the field, some straw bales, mums, and pumpkins, we were able to capture their individual personalities, laughs, and their love of boots and the Steelers!  Thank you for a wonderful evening Short Family!

Many things have changed since we last captured the Hoffman Family a few years ago, including two new family members, a new pup, and a few more cows!  I spent a warm Sunday morning with this energetic family as we played with kittens and got a few licks from the cows!  Farm families fill our small town and the surrounding areas, and being a farm kid as well, getting to capture and include that into a family’s session makes it even more special.  Especially when you can see the excitement of getting to see those gorgeous Holsteins in the kids’ eyes!  I was, and still am, one of those kids that will walk through the barn in flip flops without blinking an eye, so heading into their barn for a shot with the cows was perfect! It’s always a pleasure and an honor to spend time with this wonderful family!

It’s been a pleasure to watch these beautiful girls grow!  Their personalities are so sweet and big sister loves showing little sister how to read their favorite book!  A warm Saturday morning was spent with them and their mom and dad as we captured them just being them!  A casual and relaxed session of catching up and sharing parenting stories!  I always look forward to seeing them and can’t wait until our next session to see how much they have changed from this one!

Spring in Ohio, one day it’s warm shorts weather and the next it’s back into hoodies, but last Wednesday I got to spend a wonderful, warm spring evening with this gorgeous family!  We headed out to a local waterfall, hidden back in the woods by the river, did a little hiking, and with the help of the kids, found some great spots!  It’s been so much fun watching these two cute energetic kids grow over the last few years, I can’t wait to continue to capture them in the years to come!  Happy Spring Wyse Family!

This family holds a special place in my heart!  They were my neighbors growing up, classmates in school, fellow farmers, and wonderful friends!  The session was an anniversary surprise for their parents, and I think the girls pulled it off!  The weekend before our session we had snow, luckily that day we had 60 degrees and sunshine; Ohio weather can be so unpredictable and it cooperated perfectly for us.  Thank you all for a wonderful afternoon, Happy Anniversary Duane & Caron!

Last Sunday was a perfect cool, almost fall, day for a family session! A gorgeous family and kids full of energy always make the day even better!  We met at the home of a local family friend and borrowed their barn to keep us shaded and gave us that great rustic fall feel.  Their colors worked perfect and they look amazing!  The kids smiles are priceless, the adults look sharp, and they are one great family!  What a fantastic session to kick off the fall season!

Summer is coming to a close and fall is right around the corner, which means the leaves will be changing and those fall colors will be appearing!  I got to spend my Saturday morning with these three gorgeous pups whom also happen to belong to my aunt and uncle!  Bailey, Scooter, & Elle hiked with us just a little ways into the woods and took their spots in front.  Elle was the most camera shy, but I couldn’t resist sneaking in one of her even if she wasn’t quite looking at me!  Beautiful pups on a cool morning, a great way to start the weekend!

Ohio summers, you just never know what you’re going to get! We’ve had cold days, rainy and flooding days, comfortable days, and most recently hot and humid first thing in the morning days! This last saturday was humid, buggy, and just plain too warm, but with some gorgeous kids, fun adults, and a wonderful setting, it proved for a great morning session! Grandpa even had some great ideas for shots, and they turned out great! I love when family members can incorporate their ideas! And luckily the rain held off until after the session! Thank you Overmier Family for a great, fun filled Saturday morning!

I got to spend a warm Saturday afternoon with a family that I hadn’t seen in what seems like years!  I had the honor of growing up in church with the kids and it was wonderful to see them and their families!  We shot at the always gorgeous Lockport Bridge on a day that the weather cooperated and the sun was shining!  The kids were adorable and handsome and were great all day!  Thank You all for a wonderful day and getting to catch up!
