I love getting to do special things for the 4-H program! I was thrilled to do an informal group picture for the group to help them put together their booth for the fair this coming August! With winter finally winding down here in cold Northwest Ohio, that means spring is right around the corner and we can’t wait to get outside and enjoy the sunshine! With photo sessions booking, graphic design projects are also many! I’ve had the honor to work with Forever Held the last several years, and every project we get to put together is always fun! These coupons were created for Forever Held to use at the Sauder Village Bridal Show this past weekend. There were so many beautiful things for brides and grooms to see, but Forever Held was one of the first as you entered the venue, a great spot to be! Anyone looking for a wonderful day of service provider, Forever Held is great! And I can attest, she did the day of services for our wedding!

Finally able to share this wonderful family’s sneak peaks! Had to keep it a secret until their family Christmas! 🙂 I got to spend a very chilly Saturday afternoon with this awesome family, even though they look nice and warm in their short sleeves and no coats! 😉 Such sweet kiddos, make sure you check out the many faces of the handsome Brad, he kept us all entertained and on our toes! Can’t wait for their next session in 2015, and hopefully we have some warmer weather, to add in their Mom whom was gifted these gorgeous images this Christmas! I have a very special place in my heart for farm kids, 4-Hers & FFA members especially! Growing up one myself, I know the responsibilities they have and what it means to be a part of organizations deeply rooted in pride and tradition and being a part of family farms. I got to spend a great Wednesday evening with the gorgeous Bre! A senior involved in basketball, volleyball, and a whole hearted country girl who loves her t-shirts and jeans! A girl after my own heart, lol! Congrats Bre and best of luck this next year!

Couldn’t have asked for a better golden hour session than with this great mother daughter duo! Fresh after a rain with shimmering grass, a little mud thrown in, lol, and some sweet smiles! So much energy and fun, it was hard to pick just a few to share! Such a connection between mother and daughter that it was warm as the sun was that evening! Let’s show these two gorgeous ladies some love!

While exhibiting at a local Picker’s Paradise, I ran into a longtime family friend whom I hadn’t seen in years! After much talking and visiting, I was creating her son’s wedding invitations and planning their wedding session! I was so happy at her excitement of finding someone who could do both the invites and take the pictures at their special day. Having known her oldest son in school and meeting her youngest at the Picker’s event, I had never met the middle son. A few months later after emails back and forth, I finally met the Bride, Nanzhu, and Groom, Aaron! They were so laid back and ready to start the planning process! We carefully went over invite details, created, and produced invites, then went on to planning how to capture their special day! Nanzhu is from China, so they had the joy of adding little Chinese touches here and their to incorporate her heritage. The day finally approached, from great looking tuxes on the guys, to three dresses for the bride, it went off without a hitch! So many family members showed up to celebrate this great couple and show their support for their future together. Congrats to Aaron & Nanzhu Lauber!

A little Fourth of July fun with fireworks and some stills while enjoying some rare downtime! My camera seems to go everywhere with me, whether I have a shoot or not! You never know when you will find that perfect photo spot! Fireworks are incredibly difficult to capture and they are always something that I had wanted to try and this year I was took full advantage of my free time and dslr, changed the settings, and came up with these fun shots! I love how the lights trail and blur to show motion and how some are crisp and clear as if frozen in time! Enjoy!
