As we kick off the busy fall season, the cool air is slowly returning, and we are ready for all that fall brings! We spent last Saturday with AHS senior Lucas and headed out to our local campground, the downtown area, and then off to one of his favorite places, the football field. The weather was great and we took full advantage of it to capture as much of Lucas on the football field as we could! Each year we feel very lucky to get to work with not only wonderful seniors, but their families as well; it was a great evening with Lucas and we can’t wait to see what he does out on the football field the rest of the season. Good luck to Lucas and the Bluestreak football team this season!

| Averi Hamman 9 Months |

Sweet Averi popped in for her 9 month session and we had a great time with this little wiggle worm and her big brothers! The weather was even perfect for us to head outside into the beautiful tall grasses before the weather starts turning cooler. Jensen & Jace were big helpers in getting little sis to smile and even gave us some great big grins when they posed with her! We can’t wait to see Averi in just a few short months!

The rain in September kept us from capturing Olivia for her senior session, but last weekend we had beautiful, cool weather, with just enough fall color still on the trees! We had a fantastic start downtown and even found some new locations there and then headed out to our local nature preserve for a walk on the trails and some pops of color. Olivia’s gorgeous smile lit up every photo and she knocked her session out of the park. While we know the nice weather will be gone before we know it, we have loved all of our fall outdoor sessions this year and hope the nice weather continues for a few more weeks! We were able to spend our Saturday evening with Ashlee & Austin, such a sweet couple, and capture them as they await the arrival of their first little one! The weather was perfect as we drove just down the road to a family farm with gorgeous big red barns and a woods that was just beginning to show those fall colors. Ashlee & Austin were absolutely adorable and their anticipation is evident in all they do. It was a great time exploring the woods and looking for those just right spots of light that would illuminate these two, Ashlee and her amazing smile and the looks of love that radiate from Austin as he gazes at her. Thank you both for such a wonderful evening, we can’t wait to meet your little one!

This year we headed out to Opdyke Park for their family session and it did not disappoint! Colors are beginning to pop in the trees and the air has been warm in the day and crisp and cool at night. Mason kept us entertained with his wit and jokes as usual while we looked for the perfect place for everyone. We look forward to this full of life, sweet, and kind family every year! Our fall season has kicked off with the stunning beauty of AHS Senior Eve! From the grassy fields, to downtown, and lastly to the family farm, this girl never stopped smiling. Her infectious laugh, kindness, and constant energy kept us moving and helped us capture her natural beauty. We had lots of sidesplitting laughs, a few wardrobe changes, and a little chasing of Holsteins, nothing out of the ordinary out here in the country! She’s going to do big things after high school and we can’t wait to see where she goes! Thank you Eve for a wonderful evening, best of luck with the remainder of your senior year!

Reegan & Paislee are turning 1! I got to spend part of my Saturday morning with these two adorable girls and their mom and dad at Leaders Farms here in Henry County. They were cute as pumpkins and did so well for their session! We took over their stage for a bit, then out to the start of Scream Acres, and topped our time off with a double pumpkin cake smash. While a little hesitant at first, after a little coaxing and help tasting from mom and dad, they investigated and started to enjoy! These two pumpkins are almost fully on the move and in just a few short weeks they pumpkins will turn 1, Happy Birthday Reegan & Paislee!

Heart, kindness, determination, and beauty, just a few of the words that describe 2021 Senior, Erin! We spent a cool, crisp fall evening at their home, downtown, and off to our local campground for her session. There wasn’t one place that Erin didn’t rock and knock it out of the park; with cloudy skies and soft golden light, we had a wonderful time, choosing just a few to sneak was no easy task! While school looks different for everyone this year, that hasn’t stopped this senior from making the best of things and loving every minute of it. Erin is bound for great things and it has been a pleasure to be able to capture just a small part of it. Best of luck this year Erin, can’t wait to see what your future holds!

Fall is finally here and the weather has been beautiful! While this year has been unusual to say the least, it has been refreshing to see so many familiar faces! Two years ago I met Alicia and Matt for their maternity session, they were complete strangers to me then, but today, they are wonderful friends whom I love catching up with! They recently moved to the Cleveland area, but I was so excited to meet up with them while they were here visiting family. Warren has grown so much and has such an adorable personality and a love for dinosaurs that you can see we had his dad use to help get him to smile! We picked up right where we left off and it was so refreshing to see them, laugh, and smiles together. Thank you Zirkes Family for an amazing evening, can’t wait for our next session!

Each year I look forward to the Grooms Family’s session! The kids have grown so much since last year, I’m going to be the short one soon! This year we headed out to some local barns and had a great time exploring each barn and the uniqueness it offered, amazing siding and great colors on each one complimented their fall outfits perfectly, we even got Mason to venture to the edge of the bean field! There is never a dull moment with these three sweet kids, the jokes and smiles make the whole evening worth it. Each year they top the year before, can’t wait to see what we come up next year!
