Senior sessions are always a favorite of ours, especially when we get to capture members of our family, and each year we look forward to seeing what the seniors have in mind for their sessions!  Last Sunday our day was filled with another outstanding senior, and cousin, as we hit the town with Abram and found some great places in Perrysburg for this young man.  We took advantage of not photographing in this area often and exploring all the unique and wonderful spots around town.  The Yellow Jacket senior is having a great season on the football field this year and looking forward to baseball in the spring.  Congratulations Abram, have a great senior year and best of luck this football season!

As we kick off the busy fall season, the cool air is slowly returning, and we are ready for all that fall brings!  We spent last Saturday with AHS senior Lucas and headed out to our local campground, the downtown area, and then off to one of his favorite places, the football field.  The weather was great and we took full advantage of it to capture as much of Lucas on the football field as we could!  Each year we feel very lucky to get to work with not only wonderful seniors, but their families as well; it was a great evening with Lucas and we can’t wait to see what he does out on the football field the rest of the season.  Good luck to Lucas and the Bluestreak football team this season!

Graduation season is quickly approaching and 2023 Seniors are starting to look towards their final months of high school.  Last weekend we spent some time at the bowling alley capturing Trey’s final senior session and watching him knock down a few pins!  We will miss capturing this genuine young man’s smile each fall; it has been a great honor to watch you grow over the years, but we look forward to seeing all of the amazing things that he will accomplish in the future!  Congratulations Trey!

Our local schools are back in session, that means seniors are in full swing, and Rusty helped to kick off our fall season with a one of a kind session!  We started by meeting this wrestler at the athletic complex and then headed fishing, our first senior to take us fishing!  After a small hike down a rocky slope in warm, humid temperatures, and a couple casts later, the avid fisherman caught his first fish in this particular spot.  As the sun began to set and the mosquitoes arrived, a storm started rolling in as we wrapped up our last set.  Congratulations Rusty and thank you for a exciting evening, best of luck in your senior year!

Agriculture is a large part of our area, farming, livestock, and all that they encompass are essential to so many.  Our area schools have wonderful FFA programs and it takes a great individual to take one of the programs on.  I have been lucky enough to get to know our school districts FFA Advisor Ryan and his family over the years and we spent a fun afternoon capturing the fall colors with them!  From pumpkins and straw bales to trampoline bouncing and swings, the girls looked beautiful and we caught so many funny faces and smiles!  Thank you Sell Family for a fun evening!

Fall is finally here and the weather has been beautiful!  While this year has been unusual to say the least, it has been refreshing to see so many familiar faces!  Two years ago I met Alicia and Matt for their maternity session, they were complete strangers to me then, but today, they are wonderful friends whom I love catching up with!  They recently moved to the Cleveland area, but I was so excited to meet up with them while they were here visiting family.  Warren has grown so much and has such an adorable personality and a love for dinosaurs that you can see we had his dad use to help get him to smile!  We picked up right where we left off and it was so refreshing to see them, laugh, and smiles together.  Thank you Zirkes Family for an amazing evening, can’t wait for our next session!
