It isn’t very often we get to capture a Wauseon High School senior, but last weekend we had the pleasure of spending time with Shanon in downtown Wauseon! While November in Ohio is usually cold and means we have to pull out our winter coats, we had beautiful weather for this great young man’s session. From the downtown courthouse and train depot, to the high school campus, we had wonderful locations and perfect fall color. Thank you Shanon for a great afternoon!

This year’s St. Patty’s Day was spent with sweet Miss Sophia! Just one year ago we took this little peanut’s newborn pictures and here she is, a sweet cheeked 1 Year old with smiles and funny faces for days! Let’s talk about those amazing catch lights in her beautiful blue eyes, she was loving watching her Mom and Grandma singing behind me, lots of Winnie the Pooh and Tigger songs were happening! We had some spring flowers around her and she found it hilarious to move them every time her Mom and I placed them around her and it gave us the best facial expressions! Enjoy the many faces of Miss Sophia!

What better way to start a Saturday morning than with this sweet, smiley, brown eyed, little 9 month old! Miss Moline just turned 9 months and was in studio last weekend for her milestone session! She was all smiles with her family on all sides, loved her snacks, rocked out on the rocker, and did wonderfully as we kicked off the weekend! You will notice a familiar John Deere pedal tractor that we have used since her newborn session and as before, she loves driving it!!! I see many evenings with her Daddy in the tractor in her future! Happy 9 Months Miss Mo, the next time we see you you will be 1!

This handsome little man kicked off 2019 sessions with his sweet grins and proud big brothers! Mark was in studio last weekend for his newborn session and did so well! It has been so much fun watching this little family grow over the years and being able to capture their wonderful milestones! We started off with some an amazing sibling pose and had a wonderful surprise of the boys in their singlets and we had to incorporate those! Then onto sweet swaddles, a quick snack, and Mark was ready for his baseball debut! We rounded out the day with bats and balls, just like we did with big brother Micah only a few years ago! What a wonderful way to warm up the weekend before our polar vortex kicked in this week. Congratulations Helberg Family!

Jodi & Eve are two peas in a pod, their session was so much fun and getting to create their Christmas cards was the icing on the cake! This Image. This Family. This Session. The Wheeler Family had an absolutely beautiful day for their session this fall, cool temperatures, amazing golden light, and an adorable little girl! There isn’t one image from their session that I’m not in love with, picking a favorite is nearly impossible and their session is one of my favorites from this year!
Last week I received a notification that an image from their session was going to be published in Shutter Scene Magazine! I was speechless, excited, and in awe! Publication, something photographers dream of, something I have been dreaming of since the first time I picked up my camera so many years ago. It still feels surreal!

2018 has been an amazing year, from newborns, milestones, families, weddings, pups, and more, things are winding down as we near the Holidays and ready ourselves for the New Year! Graphics projects are still keeping me busy and it’s been so much fun to create Holiday cards for clients with images from their sessions! Logo Designs are underway and many more projects are on the books!

A huge thank you to everyone whom has helped me to get to this point, for supporting my leap into the graphic design and photography business to the wonderful and amazing clients I have had the chance to work with! You have all made this business what it is, an amazing journey that I wouldn’t want to share with anyone else! Thank You!

What’s cuter than a session with a dog?! Say hello to Addie, she is my sister’s pup and such a ham in front of the camera! We set up a quick mini session for these two over the Thanksgiving holiday and Addie was adorable in her Santa suit! While she isn’t normally a fan of the Man in Red, she was a trooper and left everything, including the hat, on the whole time! She did a great job, got lots of treats, and was great at “smiling” for us! Merry Christmas Addie!
