My Sunday night was spent with this gorgeous, sweet girl! We had a great time wandering the streets and alleyways looking for the grungiest and most unique spots we could find, and every shot we took turned out beautiful!   From the downtown, to the park, and out to school, we did so many different and fun things!  Trying to choose just a few images as sneak peeks was not an easy task, but here are jut a few of my favorites! This year has been wonderful, full of amazing photo sessions and graphics projects, more than I could have ever imagined!  And there are so many more wonderful things left for this year!  I don’t very often get to sit and create something for myself or even my family, but when I do it’s so much fun!  Our little one will be arriving in mid November and we are now getting ready for our shower.  I have done so many different and unique designs, that finding something that fit us was harder than I thought it would be!  But I came across several different layouts and did a combination of what I saw and what I imagined!  Just a couple of vintage farm kids anxiously awaiting November!  An early thank you to everyone that is planning on joining us September 13!

Creating signage is so much fun!  Signs can range from large digital prints, vehicle graphics, or real estate sized.  I’m lucky enough to know the owner of B&P Painting personally and they are amazing!  So when they were looking for a new sign there was no question the final product would look amazing!  We did an 18×24 two sided digital print on 040 aluminum with a black frame, and it turned out spectacular!  I can’t wait to see it proudly showing who is painting while I’m out driving!  Thanks for a wonderful project B&P Painting!

Brok is Trey’s little brother and a cutie that rarely ever sits still! He loves is swing set and is a fish with his sharks!  I’ve had the honor of capturing him at 1, 2, and now 3!  He’s a dare devil not afraid of jumping off the diving board in canon ball or belly flop style!  Nothing captivates you more than that smile, full of orneriness and heart.  I can’t wait to continue to watch this guy grow!

This good looking young man just happens to be my cousin and it’s always fun to see how he has changed from one year to the next!  We wondered off into the woods and found some unique trees and logs to use for that gorgeous smile of his.  He loves football and the Tigers, and is ready to take to the field for both!  I love my sessions with Trey, our conversations range from sports to the arts, and the occasional riddle that comes our way is no match for him!  Full of spunk and kindness, this guys is going to have a great school year!

Check out this handsome little man!  He was full of so many smiles that it was almost impossible to pick only a few for sneak peaks!  These are just the tip of the ice burg!  Almost a year ago we did his newborn pictures and how he has grown!  He looks so much like his big brother and daddy!  We spent a warm August afternoon at the park letting him just be him and exploring everything his mommy had brought along!  He is walking and ready to be on the move, and no doubt he will be in the combine with daddy this fall!  Happy 1st Birthday Ty!

Who doesn’t love a chance to get together with friends and family and celebrate a bride and groom?!  Of course showers always look like it was a simple thing to plan, but when one breaks it down, there’s food, location, time, and even invitations to decide on.  I love getting the call to create those ever special invites!  Something that the bride can tuck into her scrapbook after the shower and look back on and remember that important day leading up to the wedding!  What was even more fun creating these was that the bride is a friend of our family as is the bridesmaid helping to plan the shower!  One of the most rewarding things a graphic designer can here is, “We love it, let’s go to print!”  And that’s exactly what the planning committee said after only one layout!  Congrats to Kayla & Zach as they em-barque on this new and import part of their lives!

Engagement sessions are a wonderful time to celebrate a couple, get some great shots, and of course have a little fun! Natalie & Aaron compliment one another so well and are so much fun to be around!  Natalie and I went to school together, through sharing band, choir, and classes, she hasn’t changed a bit and she has found an amazing man who evidently loves every quality she has!  We spent a warm Saturday evening catching up, laughing, learning, and getting in some Superman poses!  I was so excited to capture their engagement!  Though I can’t be there to share your big day due to our little one’s arrival, I’ll be thinking of you both!  Congrats Natalie & Aaron!

Always excited to help give back to my community and the programs I was involved in! This year I had the honor of capturing the band for their spot in the Fall Sports Program! Shots like these always look like everyone gathers and sits, but in actuality it takes time to make sure everyone can be seen, instruments aren’t in the way, banners are straight, and the staff made sure of that!  Band members looked sharp in their uniforms and the staff looked great as always!  Best of luck this year Marching Bluestreaks!
